After a couple of years of trips where luggage had to be carefully kept under 25 lbs. each, Eric felt it was time to go somewhere very relaxed, with no weight, time, etc. pressures. So off to Maui we went! After looking at various possibilities, we decided on a condo on Kaanapali, so that the kids could be close to things to do.

We did the usual things, sunrise at Haleakala, horse back riding in the crater, boat ride to Lana'i, parasailing, trip to Hana, etc. But Alex also got his first taste of surfing, which grabbed him hard. And in general, everyone had a nice, relaxing trip. Hang loose, bro!
