Finally, we took a small plane back to San Jose, and then the bus up to Poas volcano outside San Jose. Poas has a sulfur lake in its crater, and some venting fumaroles.
We then visited the Water Fall park, which in addition to several water falls we could hike along, also had exhibits of flowers, hummingbirds, lizards and other naturalist items.
