As our trip was growing towards a close, we sailed into Bergen and saw an old church and where they had relocated the original Bergen towns buildings to preserve them.
We then sailed on to Stavenger, center of much of the North Sea oil operations for Norway. While in Stavenger, we went on a small boat into another fjord, which had a huge rock outcropping called Pulpit Rock (if you look carefully at the picture, you can see people standing on top of it, to get a sense of scale.) Finally we returned to our cruise ship, and headed back to London, and then on to home.
