There were plenty of activities during the trip. Close to the house that we rented was a summer amusement center, and hiking a bit up the slope led to snow.

Inside the house, there was always a jigsaw puzzle underway, and typically a game of cards, chess, pool, or something else.
We also went on a longer hike up to a falls. Distance wasn't very long, but it was a pretty good climb, particularly considering we were starting at about 10,000 feet to begin with.
One day we took a river rafting trip, but no pictures from that...

One of the amusements was a set of alpine slides. The tracks were set up in what would be the toboggan course during the winter. You would take a ski lift to the top, and then you would sit on a wheeled sled and ride down them. There were a few spills, but almost everyone went on them and had a great time.

One of the other very popular amusements was a set of giant trampolines.
